DICKINSON, Texas — July 6, 2009 — MaximGroup President, Ron Masters announces agency employee Dena Anderson's completion of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation program.
Designed to promote and recognize the professionalism of customer service personnel in the insurance industry, the ASCR program includes intensive insurance training for a minimum of eight days and four comprehensive exams. Anderson joins the ranks of more than 3,000 ACSR graduates who work in Texas agencies, to become one of 12 at MaximGroup.

ACSR is an international designation program developed and administered by the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. More than 13,000 customer service representatives have achieved their designations. To maintain designation, each ACSR must attend approved continuing education annually for a minimum of six hours.
